When I was brought in, Ideal Protein’s clinic and coach platform had barely evolved since launch. It was cluttered, confusing, and many partners abandoned it in favor of competitors like Wylie. My task was to audit the current experience, design a new admin portal, and create a design system that would make the platform intuitive, modern, and scalable.
